I am trying to get out of the apartment I am currently in. My roomate is threatening to sue me if I leave. I have given her 36 days to get another roomate and have even provided her with a perfect person to take my place. She wants no part of it. If I find out that the apartment is illegal, can she still take me to court for backing out 3 months early? Please let me know
