Short of asking the time frame of when the pizza would be delivered and hanging out a sidewindow or after checking the clock, be by the building's front entrance at the time they will arrive, you can send a certified letter to the LL asking about this issue.

: I live in one of 12 apartments in my building in Sparwood BC Canada. There are three buildings sdie by side. There has been no bell/intercom system from the outside door to any aparments and the landlord has recently installed a security lock on the outside doors. Is it permissibl for the landlord not to provide a bell/intercom for family or visitors wanting to enter the building when he has now locked the entry doors? It makes me mad because if I order apizza i won't know when or if it comes
