Jamie - why dont you just get out of there?? just leave and dont ty to put in a new person. why bother? or you can put it in writing that you have attempterd to fulfil obligations and put the name pof the prospective people you have proposed and give the roomie a copy so that she has been notified you hae made attempts to fulfil any obligations youmgiht have and then just pack it up anfd get out. sounds like you might be trying to get some kind of revenge on the roomie. not worth it. let it go.
