3 people go in on a 1 year lease. Tenant (A) supplies all the money to start lease and agreed to pay 1/3 of bills. Afer 3 months tenant (A) had to move out because of tenant (B) & (C). Landlord was informed before the move and he agreed living conditions were bad enough to move out. Landlord said since tenant (A) showed proof and remembered getting deposit from tenant (A), a full refund is in order. After 4 weeks now the Landlord states he will only refund half and to get the other half from tenant (B) & (C). (which don't have .50) and never put up or paid back any deposit money. Tenant (A) offered tenant (B) & (C) a settlement of out-standing bills less a small loan to tenant (B) & (C) to make a car payment which was rejected. I'm at my wits end.. What can be done.
