The landlord is now not being cooperative! She started throwing around (legal stuff) and he wants nothing to do with it.
She is taking me to small claims. Should I try and find her a new roommate and make the effort or just say screw it and let her take me to court?

Thanks,
Jaime

: You're moving out, the landlord is cooperative ... everything will be fine.

: Remember problems are like bowling balls, you being the pins ... some will veer off to the left or right gutter. Only a few will totaly knock you over.

: Don't create "what if" scenarios about her taking you to court. It hasn't happened. If she does, you tell the truth. The landlord gave her plenty of options so she can't blame you for any loss.
