You're moving out, the landlord is cooperative ... everything will be fine.

Remember problems are like bowling balls, you being the pins ... some will veer off to the left or right gutter. Only a few will totaly knock you over.

Don't create "what if" scenarios about her taking you to court. It hasn't happened. If she does, you tell the truth. The landlord gave her plenty of options so she can't blame you for any loss.
