How do you feel about a tenant ending a lease early/breaking a lease, as long as he or she gives you ample notice? Are you not then able to raise the rent for the next tenant? I just obtained a 1 year lease about a month ago for a renovated 1 bedroom, but I may have to relocate this spring, for professional and personal reasons.
