My landlord is selling the three family house my wife and I live in in the Dyker Heights section of Brooklyn. We have lived here for five and a half years, only the first with a lease. My question is, if new owners come in, what rights do we have to stay in the building since it seems many of the proposed owners are looking at our apartment as something for a member of their family. - Thanks, DMG
