They have to give you reasonable notice...

: Her Real Estate Agent called me yesterday and wants a time to bring the appraiser by. We agreed upon a time, then she talked about putting a lockbox on the house.

: I have dogs - landlord knows it. I have NO motivation to keep this house spotlessly clean 24 hours a day for the viewing public (as you should if you want to sell your house). This is not my house to sell. Our lease doesn't expire until July. My husband and I both work 9 - 10 hours/day. Just a few reasons why our sink will not be wiped free of water spots at all times.
