am renting lower of house--575 WITH heat included. creepy landlord flips over high two month heating bill and puts lockbox over thermostat. neighbor and i call b of health to report dried sewage that has been left in basement 6 months after sewer back-up. creepy landlord "pays back" by calling child protective services and makes phoney report about MY child. the jerk has 575 in security so i have not paid this months rent as i am getting out ASAP. now he's trying to serve me with eviction notice--stranger pounding on door today. i am trying to get the HELL out of here and am not answering his threatening phone calls. help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
