My bathroom has been leaking for two weeks. The management company has known of this ongoing problem for a year. Several months ago the lady upstairs was sent to the hospital when the ceiling fell in on her from a similar leak.

There is an comparable apartment next door that has been vacant for a week. I have "applied" for that apartment but nothing is being done about either issue. What can I do?
