I'm a landlord and can recommend highly Colleen Mcguire as a tenant's attorney. Very good attorney and very ethical. I believe she is involved somehow with tenant.net as well or used to be. Finkelstein Borah I didn't know handled tenants but a long time ago I used someone there and was very unhappy with the quality...impossible to get in touch with, and things dragged out. Whatever you do don't use the guy on west 86th street. You didn't mention him but he is without a doubt the worst attorney I've ever had the good fortune of having on the tenant's side.

: My landlord will stop at nohing to evict me. I need a very aggeressive lawyer to fight him nent week in New York City Housing Court for trial. Who do you think is good?
: Names: Himmelstein, Mcguire, Barnett, Goldberg, Piddobny, Borah, Rubinstein, Smalls Schwartz, Green, Brier? please give your experiences.
