Hi All
If your tired of paying big money for a tiny rat hole
my wife and kids were living in the village but will not pay
2k a month any more for a 2 bed room rat hole
yes I now live in the south bronx
we have 4 bed rooms a living room a dinning room a full kit full bath 1050 a month oh ya and a place to park a cark 4 free in the back
and the land lords are pretty good
more space less money 1/2 hour down to wall st. 20 min to the beach
15 to yankee sta plenty of shoppping near by
and the 43rd realy cleaned up the area
my land lord christmas day
the oven broke in one hour he went to sears
got a new one and put it in
this can be the new village
