No, Lilly, 30 days isn't necessarily one month. For February, in particular, it's two days different (one day in a leap year).

Furthermore, you keep telling people that, for a two-year rent stabilized vacancy lease, the increase is the vacancy lease increase of 20%, plus the 6% renewal increase. That's wrong.

The increase is 20%, plus 0.6% per year since the last vacancy increase, if the apartment hasn't been received a vacancy increase for 8 years or more.

That could be an increase of as little as 20%, or as much as 35.6%, if the apartment hasn't received a vacancy increase for 26 years.
