Thank you for responding. Sorry to take a while to get back to you. Circumstances warranted it. I appreciate your advice. I will certainly consider this strategy for the future. I think however you may be a more responsive landlord than mine. He vacillates between being lackadaisical and overextended. But we’ll see what his response is should I approach him again. Perhaps pestering gets to even the best of the procrastinators. Thanks again.
