I know my landlord's can double my rent because it is not stableized or conrolled. BUT, can they, after I leave go and rent it to someone else for less and what, if any, are the parameters. Also, my lease is up March 31 (standard blumberg lease). they gave me notice of the increase at the beginning of January and gave me only two weeks to respond. shouldn't i be abl to respond by 2/28? Please help!!!
