Marilyn. Some of this depends on where you live and / or whether you signed a lease with a clause limiting other residents or guests. I am afraid we need more information.

: can landlord tell me that I may not have overnight guests every weekend? Land lord gave me 30 day notice(Iam momth to month) Also and lord said I may not have overnight guest here during the 30 days . Can landlord call police to have person removed if I ignorewhat she says? need answer fast.This is a private 2 family house
