Right.

So he asks me to give him a call. He mentions that he's not sure about when the timeframe will be regarding fixing the building and such and he's still looking into the the laws and learning them, adding that judging by my letter I "seem to may know more than [he] does".

I'm still going to be cautious about this. When I call him I will ask about my lease renewal and whether it's in the mail or not. :-) Again, thanks everyone for your advice, esp. Gary!
