Hi all
I posted last week saying that I was on my way to samll claims court to recover our $3000.00 which our pissed off landlord was attempting to hold without lawful reasons.
(see "On my way to small claims - Kenny 01/10/01")

It seems the landlord has filed a counterclaim for $3000.
Within his counterclaim, he gave me more evidence to use against him in court, so I'm not complaining :)

My question is:
Is he suing to keep the security or is he suing to keep the security AND for an additional $3k?

Does anybody know?
