There was a fire on this floor back in October:No working smoke detector, no working internal fire alarm, no emergency exit lighting, no fire extinguishers,
no firehose in working, and it turns out there was no valid Certificate of Fitness (maintaining and testing fire alarm) --- it would be nice if FDNY would enforce the existing fire prevention codes, wouldn't it??
