True, we don't have admision criteria.

Always be cautious about such replies. That's why some tenants don't post their real email. They may be honest observations, but it might be something else. But if you get anything that can be construed as a solicitation from a law firm or other service, please let us know by sending the email, along with all headers -- and some identification of who is soliciting, to tenant -at- tenant.net. We understand there are limitations on law firms' right to solicit -- and it is not something we would allow on TenantNet. (yes, we do take advertising, but unsolicited approaches to those who post is not something we will knowingly allow).

He may be volatile, but your characterization is a bit off.
