Thanks, I agree with you and am grateful that this forum is available to us increasingly isolated and unorganized tenants. But what about landlords "monitoring" (spying) on the site? I received a weird e-mail from someone claiming to be a landlord. How do I know this person isn't honing his evict-a-tenant tools? It was a rather fertile post as in smelling of the dung of a cow's breeding partner.
