I am a landlord. I and my husband have worked two or three jobs to save the money into retirement since we were in early 20's. Husband's company folded and we had the opportunity to purchase a home for rental using some of our funds. Should we just give this to some deadbeat???? Should all of our hard work be sucked up by some low life???? Get a grip!!! Get a job. Get three jobs as we did. Save some money and then see how it feels to have some loser try to steel it from you because they feel you owe it to them to give them a free home. For God's sake - get in touch with reality.
