In the 10 years you have lived in New York the costs to the landlord have more than tripled, and you cry because you don't live in a communist country, go to cuba and live in a box if you can find one. You talk about YOUR house-YOU do not have a house, you have a rental agreement, should your landlord refuse to pay the bank for YOUR HOUSE, maybe he should, then the bank can kick your lazy ass out on to the street. You could try to kill me but you are not allowed the freedom to own a gun in your city so you would be dead before you got within 100 yards of me.
