seems too wordy for you, I apologize if I used too many big words. And as other posters mention when someone asks a question, the most important part is to give details, otherwise you get obnoxious replies. So if I give details I get an obnoxious reply, if I don't give details I get an obnoxious reply. Where does that make sense to you?

And regarding the credit report, if you think that little Q/A session is the source of all information on this topic, then again I apologize for you, tenant's issues go alot deeper than a small Q/A session.
