At this point, it is contempt of court. We did the Order to Show Cause thing. Also, they had 90 days to complete all of the repairs. Only 2 have done repairs happened.

We are going to go down to the building manager's apartment and see what we can get him to commit to. We are going to try and get him to commit to a date because we can no longer afford to take off of work. Also, this is the same guy who has been telling us that the super has other work to do and he can't do our apartment yet.

Please help! What can or should we do? Should we attempt to get the court to put a warrant out for his arrest? It seems like it would be easy just to do it and get it done.
