You are totally out of line--and wrong. Constant pounding three times a week is intolerable, and this tenant has every right to be annoyed. Her complaints are most certainly not "harassment."

The problem is that the remedies for this kind of situation are not very good. All this person can do, if persuasion doesn't work, is to withhold rent on the grounds that her apartment is unlivable, or possibly get an injunction. That will cost money and the chances of success are not so good.


: I really think you don't have a leg to stand on, and should stop being such a complainer. 3 times per week is nothing. You are being a psycho and you better be careful you don't get in trouble for harassment.
