Before you "don't think I have a leg to stand on" you should be in my apartment for a month or so and you listen to constant stomping purposely, then to boot include the stairmaster three times a week on top of that. If anyone is being harassed it's me. She is the one looking to annoy me. I work out too, but at a gym that's what they are for! I live on the second floor and the guy under me says I don't noise. In fact he hears me telling my fiancee to take his shoes off along with me as we enter the apartment. So your opinion although bipartial, is not considered.
