It's time to start taking over vacant apartments. The real estate industry has dictatorial control of this city and we must use any means necessary to fight their extortion. What about direct action at real estate offices and landlords' homes. Why is everyone so servile and timid? My life has been disrupted countless times. Will anyone else fight with me?

: How do occupancy rights work? There are several bolted doors in the NYCHPD uilding where I am staying. If I were to break the lock, and establish residency with telephone and electricity bills, is it possible to go about getting on a lease? The building is dilipadating and needs repair...
