on dec 27 2000 my landlord took me to court on a holdover do to the fact the enviromental protection stated my basement apartment is illegal in court my landlord agreed to give me 3 months to leave then there was a problem it seems the landlord lied.the court attorney it seems was hired by the landlord i asked for a dismissal but he said if i wanted to play hardball he would now the court is senting an inspector on the 3rd of jan and the attorney told me after that i will not get 3 months what do i do? was this an illegal holdover?
