Even though he left the impression of knowing what he was talking about, as often as he was right, he was also often wrong, and his advice was often colored by his anti-tenant predisposition. Everyone (including us) can occasionally be wrong, but he continued his trolling, long after he had been warned. Tiime to move on to other topics.
