Go straight to the nearest police station. You have proof that you lived there
the officers will accompany you to the apartment and if the person refuses to let you in, the police have the authority to issue a summons, and possibly arrest her. This illegal lock-out will land her in a whole lot of trouble. She must let you back into the apartment.
