The management company owns your building. They are the owners. Who is your contact at the management company? That person is probably "in charge" of your building. You could also try Department of Preservation and Housing and ask if they can pull up information on the building (you will have to provide the building I.D. number, normally located in the lobby or the entrance of the building. Are you rent stabilized?

A website I find useful is www.nolo.com.

: How do I find out the name of the owner of my building? I pay my rent to a management company and would like to correspond directly with the owner. Is there a publication or a website (preferrably the latter) that will give me this information. Thanks.
