Hey guys and gals:

I have been posting on this site regarding my fiance and I situation of succession rights and needed repairs. Today, the judge ruled in our favor and ordered the landlord to have the repairs done before January. Actually, repairs start tonight for C violations. B and A violations start Dec. 14th. Also, we will get the apartment about $100 above the succession rate ($450 a month total).

Finally, something has been done in our favor. We have been patiently waiting while our ceilings were cracking and other dangerious things were about to give.

Thanks, Tenant.net and all of the people who responded with encouraging words and vast knowledge. We thank you and I will keep everyone posted.
