If I were in your situation I would first get the lease, even if that means being nice to this "lady".My next step would be to send her a certified receipt letter stating what terms she is allowed to enter your appartment.Read the lease very carefully to see if it gives her any special rights of entry BEFORE YOU SIGN .Also I would install a chain on the inside of the door!!! Good Luck
