and ask WHAT THE VIOLATIONS ARE....
When the date of the original hearing was, when what it rescheduled to, and how the landlord responded...
Some background: NO CITY AGENCY ENFORCED CODES OR REGULATIONS FOR MORE THAN 47 YEARS!
....and now the Landlord has produced a letter from the Borough Commissioner's Office, that conversion plans were filed.............Hey! would you like to know when???
Question: What jurisdiction does the Borough Commissioner's Office have in the matter of ECB & DOB Violations, especially when NO CITY, NO STATE agencies have ENFORCED
code (administrative) regulations for over forty years?

There have been 52 MORE residential units here than what the landlord has claimed for more than 40 years...
and now, the Borough's Commisioner Office says it's OK under "old zoning laws"???????????????????????
