Of course you won't respond to the specifics and we don't see, as you suggest, others engaging in this sort of trolling. You're the one who continually peppers your (sometimes good) advice with anti-tenant rhetoric. You did so again today with the person in California. It is unnecessary and not within the policy of this board. If you wish to say you don't like rent regulation and you can back it up with facts (not spin), then fine. If it is necessary to provide an answer, then fine. But this constant trolling is unacceptable. This board is not an open forum on the value of rent regulation and we've said so many times. If you want to troll, then go to Usenet. You are warned.

: You obviously have a difference of opinion regarding rent control from me and a number of other tenants on this board. I'm just rather perplexed that you would respond to my advice with attacks.
: I'm not going to respond to the specifics of what you said, as it makes little sense. Rather, I must warn you that you can ignore reality at your own peril. Tenants come here for straight advice, not for your highminded 1900's socialist rhetoric.
