Send Letters to Who? (be specific) Already multiple OPEN VIOLATIONS

Complaint #505 was made with Fire Dept. back on Feb 29th...violations were issued, but I have no idea of follow-up actions. do You?
Last HPD Inspection 10/15/99 (are inspectors blind?) didn't even correct the fact that LL has invalid Certificate of Occupancy stating 377 rooms here, when he claims 482 on DHCR records! (maybe they're dyslexic there?)
HPD says they rely on 411 from DOB --- you can check yourself
227-7000 and even have building property profile faxxed to you

Another thing: does LL have to file for Work Permits to start repairs?
Is it a requirement to post them, if granted, on the ENTRYWAY?
