I am being sued in the town of hamburg court.(south buffalo).
In this small court Where do the subpoena's come from? What do they need to look like. I heard I should make it on my computer. I have been SET UP by my slumlord from the start. It was a one year lease, but this saga is so manipulated it is sick. I think I am the one to get them to stop their sue happy, set up and knock down. Complete with the village of blasdell fire dept. unlawfully entering my house. I know my slumlord set it up (their aunt lives next door and they used her medic allert bracelet) our strange address to set it up, and used the entry for their own purposes. This story is complete with raw sewage and they claim 3,ooo in damages!!!!! PLEASE HELP US :( That was to be my first year of marriage memories, and they can't take anything else from us.
I know I am right.
