this concerns a NYC situation: isn't it true that to get a HUD subsidy a tenant has to have limited resources and income?? i may have a case where a landlord is ripping off HUD claiming (i assume) he has not assets and living in a HUD subsidised place, but he is known to own several apartment buildings in NYC (using various corporate names), i also think he and his family are collecting food stamps and getting medicaid also. any ideas on how to expose this con artist. thanks
