I would be the first to agree that Mark Smith's postings have been a great asset to this forum, with the exception of the occasional personal attack. No one, however, no matter how well informed, should be exempt from argument and discussion. There's no single "right" answer to complicated tenant questions, and good things emerge from the clash of ideas. Since his exile was self-imposed, I hope he'll return to the fray.

Another thing. First, someone accused Tenant.net of using the Royal We. Then Mark Smith has been referred to as a Prince of a Man. Since I hate to miss out on a trend, I hereby designate myself ... the Empress of Chelsea.
