Can my landlord evict me for chronic nonpayment of rent based on a violation of a substantial obligation of my lease if all of the past due rent has been paid and my current rent has been paid on time?

A total of 9 proceedings were commenced within a four year period resulting in judgments in favor of the landlord for payment of rent.

My attorney says my landlord has a strong case against me.

Should I start looking for a different apartment or get a better lawyer?
