This is all good information, but nobody should attempt to defend himself from an eviction without a lawyer. Painful as it is to pay a lawyer, that is necessary in this situation.

Incidentally I don't think it matters that somebody put a reply "ahead" of another. I am sure this person will read all relevent postings and decide which one makes the most sense.
