Yes, I can read, but would it kill you to summarize and explain your point for people who are not used to reading statutes or don't have time to plow through it? This forum is supposed to educate tenants and help with problems, not test them. Just say, the provisions on retaliation do not apply to owner-occupied buildings with fewer than four apartments, see link below for more information, whatever.

Though it is indeed a very useful link, to the section on retaliation.
