Succession Case?? NOT!!!!!

Posted by Tramar on October 19, 2000 at 09:10:11:

This is a follow-up message to the one I had previously posted regarding my fiance and succession rights.

The case was thrown out of court in her favor. The landlord could not provide sufficient defense or evidence as to why she does not have succession rights. Also the landlord screwed himself by typing up his own "Legal Court" documents and not getting those documents directly from the court (Too detailed to go into this).

They also sent a statement by mail, the day before our court appearence, which highly conflicted with their "discovery" of my fiance not having succession rights. At this time, we are in the process of closing this case.

Bottom Line?! If a landlord threatens you with court action, before you give in, please see a lawyer.
