I disagree. This is intended to be an information-sharing forum, not a debate message board. If the information posted here is wrong, it should be deleted. If somebody habitually posts in an abusive or factually incorrect fashion, he or should should be banned.
If anything, tenant.net should crack down harder on abusive posts.
