Its your own fault for not checking this out before you moved!

I made sure i could find a parking spaces here in Queens before i rented this place!

You didnt do your homework, and NOW YOU WANT TO BLAME THE LANDLORD.....

: I live in a 1500 unit Mitchell-LLama co-op development in Brooklyn. There are 500 parking spaces maintained by the management on the premesis.

: Improper management of the parking "waiting list" causes earlier tenants to have and maintain more than one space, since these tenants obtained the spaces, "when parking spaces were not in high demand". There too are suspicions of underhanded and shadey practices given to tenants who "say the right things".

: This causes newer tenants like myself to be wait-listed for 5-7 years until some miracle happens and a space becomes available.

: Is this issue worth pursuing with DHCR or some other governing agency??

: Any and all comments will greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
