My new landlord has been sporadic with the heat since the cold snap began about two weeks ago (oops). When you say "requires heat", does that mean on a consistent basis, like every day, every evening, from October 1 through May 31? And also, where is this plainly stated so I can bring this up to the landlord? I live in Queens, New York, rent stablized apt.
