Yesterday and today, on Live With Regis on WABC-TV, Regis Philbin (and, yesterday, his wife, Joy) complained that there's no heat in their luxury high-rise apartment building in the Lincoln Center area of Manhattan, and there may not be any heat until October 15th.

Apparently Regis' landlord doesn't care that New York law requires heat from October 1st through May 31st. The high rents being paid by the building's tenants also mean nothing to Regis' landlord, nor does the adverse publicity that Regis is giving on national television.
