From Today's News Update in the October 3rd online edition of the New York Law Journal:

The Advisory Council of the Civil Court Housing Part is seeking comments regarding the reappointment of Judges Ronni D. Birnbaum and Jose Rodriguez of Brooklyn, and George M. Heyman and Pierre B. Turner of the Bronx, all with terms ending March 31, 2001. Comments should be sent by Oct. 31 to Robert G. Silversmith, Civil Court Administrative Office, Room 1240, 111 Centre St., New York, N.Y. 10013.
